I’m a Senior SRE and Platform Engineer based in the Greater Toronto Area, with over 20 years of experience across IT infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud-native platform engineering in the financial services sector.

My career spans the full stack — from bare-metal and AIX in the early days, through IBM Middleware, to today’s Kubernetes-based platforms on Azure and AWS. I’ve worked at some of Canada’s largest financial institutions: Scotiabank, RBC, BMO, HSBC, and most recently Backbase, where I architect a Banking-as-a-Service platform serving 150+ banks.

Outside of work, I’m a night-rated private pilot ✈️ — a discipline that brings the same rigour, situational awareness, and calm under pressure that keeps production systems running.
